CLUB COMPETITION v MOLD CC

Hoylake PS and Mold CC arranged a 2 part print and digi battle with the first round at Mold on the 30th January. It involved each club submitting 15 prints and 15 digital images to be scored on the evening by an external judge. The judge at Mold was Dave Jones CPAGB current president of the North Wales Photographic Association. There was very good support from the Hoylake members where Hoylake PS won both sections and also took the best print and best digital image on the night. It was a super night and Mold CC made us very welcome.

Best print was “The music room” by John Sixsmith

Best digital was “Onle fishermen at dawn” by Paul Anderson.

The second round is at Hoylake club room on 31st March when Bill Preston will be the judge of 30 new images from each club.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there.
